Hi, I’m derrick.
I am a multi-disciplinary creative and cinematographer currently operating in Los Angeles, CA. With a degree in design, composition and color have always come second-hand and aided in the transition from traditional design to cinema. Over the years, I have been actively engaged in the world of gear and industry-evolving techniques, In a desire to stay at the forefront of the ever-changing world of cinema. I have had the privilege to work on projects such as commercial, branded, feature and documentary, as well as collaborations with teams of all sizes. Although I enjoy wearing many hats on set, my passion is to be behind the camera.
